Since opening their first East Village location in 2014, they’ve expanded to multiple sites and built a loyal following drawn to their light, flavorful Taiwanese-style dumplings crafted with organic, pasture-raised, and locally-sourced ingredients. Their food is about more than just taste—it’s about care, heritage, and community.

What once began as a mom’s homemade dumplings delivered in college coolers has evolved into a multi-channel food brand. Mimi Cheng’s dumplings are now available for dine-in, delivery, and nationwide shipping via Goldbelly. The brand has also entered grocery retail, launching frozen dumplings in select Whole Foods Market stores, with plans for broader expansion. Infused with creativity, each month the sisters roll out chef-collab dumplings that bring surprising yet authentic flavors to the table.
