Sarah Meyer Simon founded The Simon Collective in 2011 guided by three core principles: Connection, Curation, and Collaboration. From its start, her primary mission has been to nurture innovative ideas from creative and entrepreneurial minds.
As a seasoned and successful partner in the entrepreneurial, restaurant, and hospitality space Sarah’s focus revolves around understanding how to bring spaces and experiences to life. From its beginning, The Collective has gathered and grown a substantial roster of successful brands. With a founder-first approach, Sarah remains committed and actively involved in her ongoing projects. These include the renowned and cherished brands Apotheke (2008), The Butcher’s Daughter (2012), and Garden Table (2014) each of which Sarah has been involved with since their inception.
